I am so grateful for these past three decades of working with such amazing colleagues.  I can still remember the feeling, when I first met them all, like I was the one human welcomed to a team of Super Heroes...  And I am grateful for the difference we have been able to make in the world, working together and on our own projects -- the leaders we have coached and mentored, the teams we have pulled back from the brink of chaos and conflict to shared vision and high performance, the number of people who have shared with us, looking back, that we not only improved their projects or careers, but that have made them better parents, better partners, better people.  And that is always what it has been about for me:  yes, let's design and execute organizational strategies to make businesses as successful as possible, but let's do that in service of enhancing the lives of human beings, always.

We are so grateful to have had Mark as a teammate -- and an internal mentor -- since 1996.  Known for his innovation, brilliance, and deep conscience Mark has guided and transformed leaders and teams all around the globe, from the gold mines of Northern Ontario to data centers in Singapore.  His deep understanding of adult learning has sparked several breakthroughs over the years in workshop effectiveness, including what we call "The Red Shoe" Process.  (Ask us about it!)
